LAMINAR FLOW CABINET
ln the workspace this cabinet ensures cleanliness A class pursuant to EC GMP Volume 4, Annex 1. This cabinet is designed from the early begining for work in IVF laboratories, such as ISCI manipulation, vitrification, sperm collection and other routine work. The main atributs are a comfortable work, very low vibration and noise, safe and reliable operation, and outstanding service support. Due to the very low vibration level, provides ergonomically ideal conditions for working with a microscope and also with a micromanipulator. The cabinet is controlled by CR2000 smart control, the state of the art microprocessor unit with touch panel interface. The interface is people friendly, clear and intuitive. It provides not only standard feature as full mode, reduce mode and stand-by mode. But also continuous air speed control, HEPA filter pressure compensation, smart control and measurement of heating surfaces, timer, full remote control for users, supervisor and also service engineer, alarm notifications by email, and many others state of the art features. Using a high quality and powerfull ventilator it is ensured maintenance free operation and entire utilizing sorption efficiency of high-performance filters, which mean long life of filters and save operation costs. The work surface is made from high quality stainless steel, easy to clean and decontaminate. The high-efficiency filter installed in the cabinet has 99.995% efficiency performance. The cabinet can be connected to the continuous Environmental Monitoring Systems (EMS).
WITH HEATING SURFACE AND HEATING GLASS
As a proven combination we recommend integrating the NlKON microscopes with DSL32 (LED) or P-DF32 (Fiber Diascopic Illumination) light. These microscopes feature top-of-the-range specifications. ln addition to high magnification and high working height, they also offer excellent ergonomics. Microscope is installed in the heated surface for work operation with temperature-sensitive biological material. The top of the heating surface is made from the same material as the rest of the work surface, i.e. high quality stainless steel. Heated glass in the heating surface is made of high quality quartz glass. The heating surface (600x300 mm) and heating glass (Ø 55 mm) guarantee both outstanding temperature stability as well as homogenenity. Controlling the required temperature is controlled by the CR2000 control unit, using modern, up to date, algorithms. As a result, the required temperatures can be reached within approx. 35 minutes. Heating surface can be controlled locally as well as via the timer and remote access (e.g. with your Android or Apple cell phone).
For working with DNA the cabinet is fitted with powerful LED lightings, which do not affect DNA. The side walls of the cabinet are fully glazed to ensure the optimum amount of light. The LED light can be equipped with dimmable feature to set the comfortable environment.
For storing cells the Labotect C16, or Selutec TECO 10 CO2 incubator. Incubator is recessed into the rear panel of the working space. These 16-litre incubators are equipped with two shelves and alarm.
Centrifuge for IVF operation can be recessed into the working desk. This integration facilitate the operation with samples and also lowering vibration to the working desk.
